Marcia Gibson wants to be a manager. Her skills and personality are indeed perfect for the field. She did her college studies in Ontario and is currently completing a B.A. in social work at McGill University. Ms. Gibson has done a great deal of volunteer work and been active in various causes. Moreover, she is the author of a training manual for support groups at the Sexual Assault Centre of the McGill’s Students’ Society, where she has done coordination work. She feels that management will allow her to make the best of her knowledge, training, and skills.
