Personality Awards - Undergraduates

Rachelle Dickinson
Rachelle Dickinson is a woman with big projects and great determination. Excelling in her studies at McGill University, where she has completed a BA in Commerce in addition to two minors in Political Science and Environment, she has received honours from the Dean of her faculty. She finds time to play the violin, for sports and for volunteer work, in particular with soup kitchens. As well as her participation in UN debate simulations, where she has gained renown in positions concerning the economy and the environment, Rachelle has set up an incredible fund-raising campaign for McGill’s UNICEF Halloween drive. As a responsible citizen, her concern is that the choices and decisions made in economic and political spheres have a human face. Thus, her involvement in the UNICEF committee led her to the post of president. She is now moving into International Law, drawn towards the defence of human rights and, more specifically, those of children.
