Équipe Montréal - Décathlon Solaire 2007

Dedicated to Harnessing Clean and Renewable Energy

The goal of the some fifty student members of Équipe Montréal who will be participating in the 2007 Solar Decathlon in Washington, D.C. in October is to design and build an autonomous, 800-square-foot house that is at once efficient, intelligent and environmentally friendly and that can provide solar energy to meet the needs of two people. Équipe Montréal is the only Canadian delegation on the list of 20 teams selected by the US Department of Energy to take part in this prestigious event.
