Committed to Promoting Citizen Participation and Cultural Diversity
In creating the Réseau citoyen de solidarité Iciéla four years ago, Jean-Sébastien Dufresne wanted to promote, with the help of volunteers, a more just, equitable, supportive and peaceful society. Between setting up a letter-writing twinning program between students in Québec and abroad, hosting radio programs, organizing intercultural evenings and establishing cooperation projects in Mali, Jean-Sébastien also finds the time to be president of Forum jeunesse in Montréal.
